booking your place

If you would like to attend YCF 2012, its really easy. First, all applications must come from your group leader or care-group reprsentative. If you are not a member of a young carers group, please still get in touch as there may be a project we can put you in touch with. If you would like an application pack sent out, drop us an email and we will prepare one for you. Remember, places are limited so you need to book as quickly as possible to avoid disapointment.
